RAM type water-cooled and full film electric capacitor consists of core and shell.The core consists of array elements in
parallel,one side is welded a cooling water pipe;The shell is made of aluminum alloy plate bending welding,in the two side of the shell there are two brackets for transporting and installation,the box cover with inlet and outlet pipe and a porcelain bushing copper wiring terminals.Beside the core,the box is filled with insulating liquids in addition to excellent performance.
Water-cooled electric capacitor use coarse polypropylene film and high performance liquid
(excluding PCB) as composite materials, high purity aluminum foll as electrode, porcelain sleeve scream and the cooling water pipe as leading out terminal,aluminum alloy plate as the shell,with cooling water pipe inside,usually the shape is a cuboid box.
Electric capacitor is mainly used in a control or adjusted voltage system that rated voltage not more than 3.6KV,frequency 50 kHz or below,and it is designed to improve the induction heating,mixing or casting device,and similar applications of power factor.
The product performance is in accordance with the standard of GB/T 3984-2004 “power capacitor for induction heating device ”.(equal to standard IEC 60110-1998)

-When installed,the minimum gap between two capacitors should be no less than 50mm
-The cooling water’s temperature should be no more than 30,and the water flow of the capacitor under 1000kVar is not less than 4L/min,1000kVar and above is not less than 6L/min.
-Ambient air temperature is not greater than 45 DEG C.
-Long over-voltage(24 hours no more than 4 hours)no more than 1.1UN,long-term over current(including harmonic current)no more than 1.35In.
