RAM type aircooled and full film electric capacitor consists of core and shell.The core consists of array elements in parallel,both of which welded connection pieces as the poles;The shell is made of aluminum alloy plate bending welding,in the two side of the shell there are two brackets for transporting and installation,the box cover porcelain bushing copper wiring terminals.Beside the core,the box is filled with insulating liquids in addition to excellent performance.
Air-cooled electric capacitor use coarse polypropylene film and high performance liquid
(excluding PCB) as composite materials, high purity aluminum foll as electrode, porcelain sleeve scream terminals,aluminum alloy plate shell,mostly a cuboid box type structure.
Electric capacitor is mainly used in a control or adjusted voltage system that rated voltage not more than 3.6KV,frequency 50 kHz or below,and it is designed to improve the induction heating,mixing or casting device,and similar applications of power factor.
The product performance is in accordance with the standard of GB/T 39842004 “power capacitor for induction heating device ”.(equal to standard IEC 60110-1998)

-No mechanical vibration,no harmful gas and steam,no electrical conductivity and explosive dust in the installation place
-When installed,the minimum gap between two capacitors should be no less than 50mm
-The capacitor should be forced cooling,wind speed is larger than 4m/s,and ambient air temperature is not greater than 45 DEG C.
-Avoiding the adverse effects of external electric field,proposed main copper bars along with the capacitor terminals at the top of the minimum distance not less than 180mm.
-Long over-voltage(24 hours no more than 4 hours)no more than 1.1UN,long-term over current(including harmonic current)no more than 1.35In.
